We are a long established medical publisher with a nationwide coverage throughout the NHS acute sector.

Working from our modern offices on the Whitehills Business Park at the end of the M55 you would be part of a small and confident team working on managing outstanding invoices.

You will work with Xero software and excel spreadsheets and the role would involve calling clients by telephone with balances of 30 days and over to engage, resolve queries and ensure payments are taken.

The company is widely recognised as a market leader and we seek somebody who is looking for a long term and sustainable role.

We require somebody to work 18 hours per week across 3 days.

An experience in credit control and/or debt management is essential together with a confident and empathetic telephone manner.
