SportsMed Products wouldn't be an industry leader without its successful sales team.We are looking for a Sales Professional to sell our HUR range which is the market leading strength training equipment to the active ageing market through retirement villages and care homes as well as our general gym equipment and service offering.
Objectives of this role
- Represent the company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its offerings
- Maximise sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs and lifestyles
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
- Generate leads by committing to customer service and building relationships
- Adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
- Conduct incisive and insightful research of markets and competitors
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needs
- Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base
- Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outsidethebox thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics
- Work with account executives to design industryspecific outreach efforts
- Utilise Salesforce tools to ensure standardised process throughout all stages of a sale
- Conduct monthend and yearend close processes
Required skills and qualifications
- Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platform
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Experience in closing enterpriselevel deals
- Strong ability to analyse business opportunities effectively
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
Package
- Basic £30,000 PA reviewed after 6 months probation
- Commission and Bonus Scheme with no cap
- Choice of Company Car or Mileage allowance
- Private Health option after 1st Year
