Description
We are recruiting for a company based in Fenton, ST4 area that are looking to source a Purchse Ledger Clerk for their busy office.
Requirements:
- Purchase ledger experience working with a high volume of invoices
- Strong Microsoft package experience (Excel & Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly Organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Manual input of supplier invoices for multiple companies
- Running automatic purchase invoice matching for all trade counter branches
- Reconciliation of supplier statements to aged creditors reports
- Resolution of supplier queries
- Liaise with suppliers on payment dates and sending remittances
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing supplier details
- General filing of invoices and statements
- Prepare weekly banking
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Occasionally helping with other finance roles (e.g credit control) where required

£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- purchase ledger: 1 year (required)
