I'm currently recruiting for a
Packing Coordinator, with a growing business based in Milton Keynes who are aligned with high end high street brands.

The Coordinator's main responsibilities will be managing the day to day functions of thepicking team, ensuring orders are dispatched on time, in full to the clients specifications and ensure all validations checked are completed correctly.

You will also support the recruitment process, work with other head of departments and manage any issuesin a positive manor.

The role

Manage bespoke pick lines through price labelling and re boxing etc
Ensure orders are dispatched on time
Setting team targets
Manage validation checks
Booking in and all administration outlined by clients
Dealing with any issues in a professional manor and escalating to the relevant departments

You must

Confident in supervising a team
Maintain a great working relationship with key stakeholders and confident in conversing both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and extremely organised
Methodical approach to day to day tasks
Updating management on performance and highlighting any concerns within the department
Support the team and lead from the front
