Job Title - HR Advisor

My client is looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join their HR team on a 6-12 month FTC basis to assist them through a busy period in 2023.

The company manufacture precision parts, primarily serving the automotive, aerospace and power generation industries, and the company has three sites, one in Bath and two in Devizes and this position will be located within the Devizes sites, although travelto the Bath site may occasionally be required.

Support the review and roll out of policies/procedures within the business.
Arranging training for employees within the business.
Supporting the business through the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and assessments as required.
Dealing with the induction of new employees to the business,
Holding disciplinary and grievance meetings.
Providing advice on a full range of human resource issues to the business on a daily basis.

Skills / Experience required within the role of HR Advisor:

Associate member of CIPD or progressing to membership, either through qualification or through proven experience
Educated to GCSE level, with grade C or above in Maths and English
Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing business.

This is a full-time role and will involve working a 37 hour working week Monday to Friday onsite.

The working hours are within the role are Monday to Thursday and on Fridays, although some flexibility can be offered with regards start/finish times.
