Job Title:
Outbound Mortgage Sales Specialist (Office Based)

Location:
Based full time at our new offices in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Year One Rewards: 6 month salary guarantee of 23K, moving to a basic salary of 20K after 6 months with a generous commission and benefits package, with a realistically achievable first year OTE 28K-32K. Overtime regularly available which is paid at 150 per day.

After 12 Months:
Basic salary increase to 25K with an uplifted OTE of 35K-40K.

Working hours: 4 week rotating rota with every other weekend off

Annual leave: 20 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays.

The New Homes Group is the UKS leading New Homes Specialist and as an Outbound Mortgage Sales Specialist, you will be working for the UK'S leading new homes mortgage provider.

Your role will be office based working for The New Homes Group Mortgage Services and you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

Needless to say, this is an important and integral part of our organisation, our teams are highly trained, work to high expectations and are responsible for delivering our customers first impression of the company.

Required Knowledge, skills and qualifications:

A desire to work within the Financial Services Industry
An outgoing and positive personality
An interest in, or experience of outbound sales and sales through service
Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding communication and listening skills and the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format.
Strong organisational and timemanagement skills, and the ability to adopt a disciplined and structured approach to work.
The ability to selfmotivate and work on own initiative while understanding and working within a team environment
Competent user of IT systems including Excel, Word and Outlook.
