An international multi-service provider supplying the healthcare, hospitality, and industrial sectors with critical products and service solutions. They have operations in 28 countries and have over 440 production sites, and a turnover of over €3bn.
The Role
Joining this successful global business, you will undertake a graduate training programme designed to give you a breadth of experience in continuous improvement, operations, project management, and manufacturing process management.
You will rotate across these areas and complete placements enabling you to develop a comprehensive understanding of their business operations.
A key focus of each rotation will be project management and continuous improvement, as well as leading teams at site.
Upon completion of the graduate training programme, you can expect to progress into roles such as project engineer, continuous improvement manager, or site operations manager depending on your skill set.
Requirements:
- Analytical and methodical problem solver
- Experience managing teams or projects
- Interested in operations, continuous improvement and project management
- Able to start ASAP (March 2022 latest)
