Agile Delivery Manager - Circa £70,000 plus package - remote/ Lancashire
My client, a global organisation is currently on the hunt for an Agile Delivery Manager on a permanent basis.

As the Delivery Manager you will be accountable for leading one or more agile software engineering teams, in planning and delivering the vision and objectives, both within Product and Technology.

Collaborating with stakeholders across the business and IT,including external partners to achieve the best results for the business, your role will be pivotal to shape ways of working, innovation, and continuous delivery.

You will be experienced in delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for yourteam and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.

Your role will be core to decisions that build high performing agile teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking.

Experience required:

Proven experience, either as a Scrum Master or an Agile IT Delivery Manager
Expert knowledge and experience cultivating high performing teams utilising Agile & Lean techniques.
Proven track record of delivering multiple technical or digital projects and/or products, meeting outcomes and driving business value.
Experience of working across the full Software Development Life Cycle in a dynamic fast paced environment.
Proven track record of successful collaboration across functions and disciplines
Experienced with agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence Trello & Slack.
Budget management
Line Management

Skills and Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodology (Kanban/Scrum).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills, providing structured thinking and challenge to problems.
Good planning skills.
Working collaboratively within delivery teams and crossfunctionally.
Mentoring /coaching skills.
