Juice Recruitment is excited to be working with a client based in Emersons Green with their search for two Customer Service Officers on a temporary basis, until the end of this year.

Key Responsibilities:

The handle inbound and outbound calls.
Acting as 1st line support for users.
Supporting the Customer Service Team and the 2nd line technical team.
To monitor and ensure your caseload is managed within agreed parameters.
To ensure all assistance and advice provided is in line with company regulations.
Manage record reconciliation with other staff members and escalate any identified risks.
The ensure all records are up to date.
To monitor regulatory reporting to ensure any identified risks.
Ensure work is completed to internal procedures and FCA regulatory requirements
The ability to provide excellent customer service.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
The ability to prioritise and manage your workload.
The drive to gain knowledge and learn new skills.
The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
The ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
Motivated with excellent time management
