Description

The Head & Neck Team are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Medical Secretary to work within the ENT department based at Russell's Hall Hospital in Dudley.


You should have a good knowledge of medical terminology and have the ability to work without direct supervision, be able to prioritise and manage workloads.

You will be the first point of contact and communication for general practitioners, consultant colleagues, nursing staff, administrative and other hospital staff, patients, relatives and outside agencies.
