School Stickers is a growing and innovative privately owned company based near Redditch that has been providing printed rewards to Schools for over 20 years.

In 2019 we expanded in to the B2B labels market with our company Sticker Gizmo, bringing a wider variety of jobs with different print and finishing requirements.

The Role

We need to bring on a new production team member to help us ensure our ongoing commitment to quality for our customers is met.

For us quality is absolutely key, we live by the quality of the work and service we provide to our customers and only the best is good enough

We work to tight deadlines always trying to go above and beyond for our customers, but never at the expense of quality

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery objectives is vital.

Previous experience in a print environment is preferable but training will be provided.

This is a
Full time position at our factory in Redditch - with no remote work availability
On site parking

Key Responsibilities

Produce and finish selfadhesive labels to the customer specification on each job sheet.
Operating various label finishing machines including Laser/rotary label finishing line. Full on the job training will be provided.
To provide cover on other machines in the event of absences
Maintain a tidy work area and machine
Organised, methodical and logical approach to work
Have a keen eye for quality and maintain our high standards of work.
Be able to work well within a team and as an individual.
Have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under strict timescales.
Able to remain calm under pressure in a ever changing print environment
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Able and willing to do overtime during busy periods.
Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance.
