The role:


These are exciting times across the people team and that excitement does not stop in Talent Acquisition, we are hiring an additional Talent Acquisition partner to drive our head office talent and mindset growth plans.

  • Working alongside an existing TA Partner you'll have endtoend TA accountability across Technology, Product and Data
  • You'll also have an important role to play in developing our brand, working closely with our Employer Brand Partner. You'll be collaborating in designing, growing and delivering an authentic, engaging employer brand maximising our strengths at the intersection of Loyalty, Tech and Travel, our growth story and the culture and community we're creating for colleagues
  • There is a huge opportunity in broader talent projects to learn and play your part from EVP (Employer Value Proposition) design to accelerator programmes, University partnerships and the education and development of IAG Loyalty managers in a talent mindset and their hiring skills.

About you
You'll have solid experience recruiting with the Tech & Data space. You're as comfortable talking about software engineering and DevOps as you are about data engineering, insight and science.
You will be a part of a talented talent team where you will be able to contribute your own expertise, challenge the status quo and help us on our journey to best in class

You will not be the type to rest on your laurels and will strive to make changes where you feel they need to be made, using your experience to challenge the wider TA team and business with purpose.

The timing of this role means that you will play a key part in what is going to me a massive year for the TA team.

You'll be based out of our London office (Thomas House, Eccleston Square, London).

We have a flexible working policy where a blended approach is encouraged, with the focus on being in the correct location for the work that needs to be undertaken.

This will involve a mix of office and home working
