Are you passionate about protecting digital assets and ensuring the security of information systems? Do you have a keen interest in cyber security and a strong desire to launch a successful career in this rapidly evolving field? If so we invite you to join us as a Cyber Security Apprentice.


As a Cyber Security Apprentice, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from industry professionals.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced team to protect our clients' digital infrastructure from cyber threats.

You will contribute to the implementation and maintenance of security measures, assist in vulnerability assessments, and provide support in incident response activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
  • Help monitor and analyse security events and incidents and assist in incident response activities.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of security breaches or incidents.

Requirements:


  • 5 GSCE's at a grade 4/C or above.
  • Strong passion for cyber security and a genuine interest in staying updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and computer systems.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
