Senior Building Surveyor that wants to be part of a team that applies in-depth knowledge and precision to deliver an outstanding end-to-end service for our clients, keep on reading

We are searching for an enthusiastic person to join our
Birmingham team, but will be based further north to cover our
northern territory.

We also offer APC support and mentoring for all our surveyors looking to become MRICS qualified, with many of our senior staff even being APC assessors for other institutions

In return we are looking for someone who:

Has a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent with 5 years minimum surveying experience
Is MRICS Chartered
Is client focused with excellent 'face to face' communication skills in client facing environments
Ideally has education sector experience
Is confident running their own projects and managing themselves
Is able to train and support their colleagues

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
