Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader looking for a change? How would you like to work for a leading company which operates in 20 countries and generates a revenue of over £14 billion per year? I have the position for you

As a Sales Team Leader you will be providing new and existing customers with an excellent level of service which is done by the rapidly expanding Sales Team.

You will be supporting, developing and growing your team of 10-12 reps to ensure they are having greatconversations and are generating new business.

What's the role?

  • Leading and motivating the Sales Executives in your team
  • Analysing, evaluating and reporting on both individual and team performances against targets
  • Allocating commission payments
  • Being an excellent coach, mentor and inspirational leader

What do we need from you?
