The purpose of this role is to support the HR Business Partner to provide excellent Human Resource (HR) support for a designated business unit/ clinical /corporate Division with regard to resourcing, organisational change, employee relations (ER), workforce planning and terms, key performance indicators (KPIs) and conditions of employment.

The role will support the modernisation and performance of the workforce.

The post-holder must exercise a high degree of initiative, be able to work under pressure and have the ability to prioritise their own workload.

The post holder will support trust wide projects and over time, they will take a lead role on a specific workforce project.

The role is responsible for ensuring professional customer focused HR advice and support is provided.
