JOB TITLE:
Recruitment Resourcer


DEPRTAMENT:
Human Resources


RESPONSIBLE TO:
HR Manager


RESPONSIBLE FOR:
No Subordinate Staff


Main Tasks and Responsibilities
1.5 Building good knowledge of the education sector and developing strong networks

1.7 Use of social media and digital marketing techniques to promote college job vacancies.

1.8 Regularly update Vacancies area on the college website to ensure it maximises us as an employer of choice.

1.9 Utilise head hunting techniques to fill posts.

1.10 Arranging online and face to face events to attract talent pipeline.

1.11 Building relationships with College recruiting managers to ensure recruitment requirements are clearly ascertained for all posts.

1.12 Attendance at local job fairs and internal events.


2 General Responsibilities
2.1 Contributes to the attainment of the College's strategic objectives, as appropriate.

2.2 Complies with all College policies, practices and procedures.

2.3 Takes responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

2.4 Takes responsibility for personal development, attend conferences and other similar activities and updating events.

2.5 Participates in and promotes the Professional Development and performance management scheme


2.6 Undertakes such duties as may be reasonably be required commensurate with his/her grade and general level of responsibility at his/her initial or present place of work or at any other establishment for which the College provides services.


DRAFT PERSON SPECIFICATION
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and hit deadlines.
Ability to work well within a team and on own initiative.

Digital marketing experience would be an advantage

Experience of staff recruitment would be an advantage.

Strong IT skills

Up to £24,024.00 per year
