    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Executive Assistants with diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination
    • Book meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
    • Manage expenses, invoices, and document filing
    • Print and bind documents as needed
    • Perform ad-hoc errands and provide Reception cover
    • Go above and beyond to support the team
