We are seeking dynamic, innovative, and motivated Registered Nursing Associates who would like to join our existing multi
-
disciplinary teams in caring for patients who are either transitioning home from the local acute hospital or stepping up from the community.

We have positions for Registered Nursing Associates in our recently refurbished Intermediate Care Unit Salvington Lodge. Ferring ward at Salvington Lodge has 18 beds and the teams in the units include Advanced Clinical
Practitioners, Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Therapists ,
volunteers, and facilities staff .**You should be able to undertake a wide range of clinical skills relevant to the complexities of caring for patients in an intermediate care setting. You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care whilst working closely alongside the nursing, medical and therapy teams. You will work independently under the leadership of the Registered Nurses, working within the sphere of nursing.

You will be supported to undertake further training as required and participate in a well evaluated preceptorship programme as well receiving support and clinical supervision in the work setting.
