Description
A Test and Termination Technician is required in our Test and Termination department in Littleport. This department deals with the assembly of subsea components and hardware. Electrical and hydraulic testing of all products manufactured within JDR and free issued parts.


Reporting to the Test, Termination and Load Out Team Leader you will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and have a 'can do' attitude to add to the team.

With an Electrical or Hydraulic background you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • In-process testing of all products manufactured by and within JDR in accordance with the individual manufacturing specifications, Inspection and test plans, and relevant procedures.
  • Final Testing and inspection of all products manufactured by or supplied by JDR in accordance with the individual manufacturing specifications, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) procedure, inspection and test plans and relevant procedures and project specific requirements.
  • The completion of all, test records and F.A.T procedures.
  • Swaging of hydraulic hoses and their integration to subsea and topside hardware.
  • Assist with the training of others to ensure compliance, e.g. New staff/inductions
  • Ensure that the machine and working environment is clean and tidy and complies to Health and Safety requirements/policy


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has a good working attitude and the ability to follow procedures and processes diligently.

You should have an electrical or hydraulic background.

This is a hands on position within JDR so a certain degree of physical strength is required to succeed as well as high attention to detail to ensure perfection of the product.
