Job Summary
The Ramp Handler is responsible for all ground handling tasks associated with airside Helicopter operations in accordance with regulation and company policies.
- Respons. & areas
The Ramp Handlers primary accountabilities & responsibilities are:
- Assisting Aircraft start ups
- Assisting in Refuel of aircraft
- Daily checks of equipment
- Conduct ramp and FOD checks
- Engineering assistance as and when required component cleaning, grease gun filling etc.
- Movement and towing of aircraft.
- Up keep of aircraft appearance internal and external of aircraft.
- General hangar/ramp duties
- Loading and Unloading of passenger baggage/Freight into aircraft
- Any other reasonable duties as directed by Supervisor / Team Leader
- Be familiar with all aspects of the company policies
- Promote company values
- Experience
- At least 1 year of aviation and relevant operational experiencedesirable
- Languages: professional level of English (understanding speaking writing)
- Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
- Skills
- You'll work in Norwich, 5 days a week. Weekend work may occur.
- Due to unforeseen external factors e.g. weather delays, technical aircraft etc you are flexible and prepared to change or extend the hours of working to suit the operation of the day
