Description

Job Title:
Internal Sales Support


This role will primarily provide administrative and logístical support to our field sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between internal departments and external practices.


Responsibilities:


Coordinate Sales Activities:

Assist field sales representatives in coordinating sales activities, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, signing practices up to study clubs and managing calendars.


Customer Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, assisting them in placing orders through the port, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Documentation:
Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including contracts and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


SLA Management:

Monitor service level agreement times and assist by coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.


Sales Support:
Provide administrative support to field sales representatives, such as preparing sales presentations, generating quotes, and creating sales materials.


Data Management:
Maintain customer databases and sales records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.


Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to support sales initiatives and resolve issues promptly.


Training and Development:
Stay updated on product knowledge and sales processes, participating in training sessions and workshops as required.


Performance Tracking:
Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and generating reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.


Pay:
£25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year

Experience:


  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
