This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Glabal business that designs, manufactures and supports industrial turbochargers supplied into the Power Generation, Marine and Rail Traction industries.


Part of the Wabtec Corporation; Napier Turbochargers is part of a world wide organisation that provides excellent career opportunities both within the UK and abroad.


The business is seeking a customer focused individual with the drive and initiative to join a dynamic sales team to help deliver business growth in a fast moving sales environment.

This administrative role sits within a busy commercial department which includes spare part & new turbocharger offerings.

Daily tasks involve determining the customer requirements then processing the quotations and sales orders.

Assist with company and departmental continuous improvement projects to reduce waste within processes.


Qualifications:

  • Business Administration NVQ or equivalent is desirable

Experience:


  • 2 years within an office environment preferably in a customer fronting role.

Skills:


  • A confident communicator with clear and concise written and verbal skills are essential requirements
  • Must be flexible and have an enthusiastic approach with customers
  • Ability to work in a team environment but have the aptitude and confidence to work on their own and to prioritise workloads whilst working accurately and to tight deadlines
