Location:
Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 4AD.


  • Hours: 9:00am5:30pm Monday-Friday.
  • Scope for the role to grow, and to take on more responsibility.
  • Starting package: Salary of £22k£25k, depending on age and experience. 22 days' annual holiday allowance, plus statutory Bank Holidays. Work-Based Pension Scheme.

Armada is an established training company, delivering creative and technical courses to professional people at our six UK training centres (in Bristol, Bromsgrove, Cardiff, Milton Keynes, Reading and Sheffield), at clients' venues throughout the UK, and live online.


We are seeking an organised, personable, dedicated professional to join us in an exciting phase of expansion here at Armada.

This is a varied role, involving working within a fast-paced team, on a wide range tasks.

  • Acting as course administrator at the start of online courses.
  • Liaising with trainers and staff at our satellite centres.
  • Financial raising invoices, credit control.
Full training will be provided.


Requirements:


It is essential that you have:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A friendly personality; you should be confident, reassured and have a great telephone manner.
  • Effective researching skills.
  • Flexibility able to start early and finish late on occasions as required.
You must be a car owner and a non-smoker.


Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
