Description
Assisting in the processing of the 5 UK monthly payrolls

  • Work closely with the team to ensure that new starters are onboarded timely
  • Collate and input Payroll data changes into the payroll system
  • Checking Payroll and HR changes have been entered accurately into the payroll system
  • Checking Statutory Absence Calculations
  • Spot Checking Tax and National Insurance Deductions
  • Checking for National Minimum Wage Compliance
  • Communicate with clients (Staff) and other departments within the company to ensure data accuracy
  • Production of monthly reports and any other ad hoc reports as required
  • Month end processes to include RTI, Auto enrolment and HMRC legislative changes
  • Answering of payroll queries
  • Assist with the processing of thirdparty payments
  • Pension Data input to the various pension schemes
  • Up Keep of employee benefits (CCV / C2W / Tech Scheme)
