We have a fantastic opportunity for a trainee developer/IT assistant, who has a keen interest in software development and IT administration, with an award winning firm.

Purpose

Reporting to the IT Manager, the role involves providing IT and development support, as a member of a service focused IT team.

The main focus of the role is the development and on-going improvement of our Case Management System, Proclaim. However, IT administration and cyber security, will also form a big part of this varied role.

The role includes but is not limited to the following:

Workflow & screen design
Record maintenance
Software configuration and development
General IT tasks
Cyber security
School/college/industry IT qualification preferable, but not essential
Demonstrate a keen interest in IT, with a desire to learn new systems and technologies
Friendly, positive and enthusiastic attitude
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and reprioritise tasks, as required
Flexibility and patience
Initiative and creative thinking
Good written and verbal communication skills
Full training will be provided
Driving licence and own transport essential
