My client specialises in the manufacturing of vitamins and healthcare products.
Due to increase on orders they are looking for additional Machine Operatives to join them on a temp to perm basis.
The job is based in NG7
Working hours will be one week of 6am-2pm and the other week 2pm-10pm on a rotational basis.
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm during training.

Duties will include:
- Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
- Set up and verify the functionality of safety equipment.
- Weighing and dispensing of ingredients and components.
- Manufacture and record process parameters as per BMR sheets as per standard process steps.
- Inspect intermediate and finished products for quality and adherence to written specifications.
- Keep production logs, maintenance and service records as required.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Clean production equipment, work areas and associated equipment as per written procedures and schedules.
- Measure and record data associated with operating equipment.
- Operation of any machinery that is required after adequate training.
- Package finished products.
- Metal detection of finished products and ensure all pallets are wrapped and correctly labelled prior to dispatch.
- Any other duties you may be requested to carry out by your supervisors to fulfil this role as this list is not exhaustive.
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of both written and verbal English._
- Good Basic mathematics skills in metric system_
- Happy to work on a rotational shift pattern._
- Be free from Jewellery/piercings except for single wedding band._
- Be free from strong smelling scents._
- Be free from nail polish/extensions._
- Be free from eye lash extensions._
- Be advised that it is a fastpaced environment._
Preferably from a Food Manufacturing Environment_
