**Job title: Digital Marketing / social media & CRM Assistant

Start date:

ASAP

Salary:
£22,000 to 24,000 depending on experience

Hours:
Full time Monday to Friday

Working arrangement:
Mainly WFH - occasional office attendance for meetings maybe required**
Office location: Central London


Our client is an events company based in central London with an established reputation for delivering high quality in-person and virtual cyber security events across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

They are looking for a motivated, quick learner to join their team.

This role is best suited to someone with high attention to detail as well as being a strong communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships throughout the business.

Thisopportunity involves quickly becoming an integral member in the business.

This role allows an enthusiastic and creative individual to explore and develop their experience within the digital marketing / social media world.

And will give them an appreciationfor the role data plays in a modern business.

Responsibilities

  • Researching and finding information
  • Growing & developing the client base
  • Ensuring current data is accurate
  • Creating and developing social media collateral, content creation, and content updates using LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
  • Monitoring the performance of digital campaigns and using data to improve future projects.
  • Carrying out general administration duties

Key requirements

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), other languages would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and take full responsibility on different types of projects
  • Strong office and administrative skills, including MS Office Suite
  • Have efficient and accurate data entry skills, experience working with CRMs/databases (Particularly Salesforce) is desirable
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is advantageous
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
