Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via various face to face channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Utilize data entry skills to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in products or processes
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure clear and effective communication

Skills:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette to ensure professional customer interactions

Job Types:

Pay:
From £26,610.87 per year
