El Senior Account Director (Director de Cuentas Sénior) es un profesional experimentado que se enfoca en desarrollar oportunidades y impulsar el crecimiento en las cuentas de clientes estratégicos designados y los nuevos logos.

Se requiere una visión empresarial excepcional, habilidades de venta de resultados y la capacidad para establecer conexiones clave y utilizar habilidades de influencia para hacer que las personas que toman las decisiones transformen sus organizaciones para alcanzar sus objetivos.

Responsabilidades Principales

Desarrollar nuestras relaciones con los clientes existentes e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de nuestras cuentas de clientes estratégicos y nuevos logos.
Adaptar los servicios de IT para abordar las necesidades y los desafíos únicos de los clientes.
Liderar el proceso de ventas desde la generación de oportunidades de venta hasta la negociación y el cierre del contrato.
Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias del mercado, la actividad de la competencia y los cambios regulatorios para fundamentar la toma de decisiones.
Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas y cuentas estratégicas trimestrales y anuales asignados en los clientes objetivo.

Requisitos Específicos

Hablar fluido tanto español como inglés.
Éxito comprobado en la gestión estratégica de cuentas, preferiblemente dentro del sector de IT/Tech.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación, negociación e influencia.
Sólidas habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades de manera eficaz.
Título universitario en Administración De Empresas, Ingeniería, Informática o una disciplina relacionada.
