The post holder will:
Contribute to the maintenance of the fabric Trust property.


Carry out building fabric maintenance:

o New works and redecoration programmeso Reactive decorative maintenance workso Ensuring high standard of finish on all work EST/ANC/EST/TRT/002bo Daily maintenance of equipment and toolso Maintenance of stock level / liaison with stores personnel when necessary Remain aware of the direct affect and impact upon: o The environment,o Safety and comfort of patients, staff and members of the public.o Respond pro-actively as required to defects and maintenance tasks.

Involvement with processing documentation associated with Estates IT admin requirement.
