Customer Service Assistant
EVH Grade 3, PA- 8 (£18, £21,266 per annum plus 5.25% pay award from 1 April 2023)
Duration:
Permanent, 35 hours per week
Cathcart and District Housing Association is a community-controlled landlord based in the Southside of Glasgow.
We have a stock base of approximately 600 properties and provide a factoring service to 488 owners within our community.
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Assistant to join our staff team.The role of the Customer Services Assistant is a front of house role. You should have a pleasant telephone manner, enjoy helping people and be a great communicator. You will undertake a range of admin and secretarial duties.
