We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills who is dedicated to working as part of the team.

If successful, some of your duties will include:
- Ensuring that cleaning duties and frequencies are carried out based on the 50 elements as specified by the National Specification for Cleanliness Standards (NSC).
- Participating in a 7day week management rota as scheduled and approved by management
- Managing a diverse team and resolving any team related issues.
- Responsible in ensuring that all staff maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients, visitors, and staff members

- anticipating and taking control of all aspects of the Domestic departments Service Level Agreements
- Supporting the total domestic operational service delivery model by ensuring that works are carried out by domestic staffs to their job specifications.
- Monitoring quality services are being provided at all times
- Promoting good business relationships between Management and Staff and supporting the patient experience.
