Duties:
This dual role is a great opportunity filled with challenging yet exciting duties that include but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls in a polite and professional manner and within a maximum of three rings.
- Dealing with all incoming enquiries reference customer job updates and call handling as many as possible.
- Promote robust business practices and customer relationships, being proactive to not only retain but develop the customer base.
- Ordering parts.
- Logging and storing parts.
- Organising returns.
- Allocating parts to invoices.
- Stock taking.
- Parts department husbandry.
- Completion of warranty parts log.
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Confident in computer use.
- Automotive experience would be an advantage.
- You need to be proactive and take pride in what you do.
- You will have a willingness to learn and will be engaged with training.
