Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting one of the UK's leading Main Contractors who are going through an expansion of the Fit-out division of their business.

They currently have a requirement for both a Design Manager and Design Coordinator.

As a company they operate throughout the UK, but this expansion will be concentrated across central London with their current project portfolio covering fit-out schemes of £5m - £50m in value for high end commercial clients.

The business deliver Cat A and Cat B fit out and refurbishment projects for recognised high-end clients as well as working on numerous frameworks with a high level of repeat customers.

I would be keen to hear from experienced Design Manager and Coordinators as well as anyone with some solid fit-out experience who is looking to make the move into the contracting world.
