We're looking for a confident business development executive in Northampton that's looking to get in at the early stages of a project that transforms and scales small companies.

You'll be joining an already established consultancy that's been providing business services to a wide range of clients, which means that alongside new business development there is plenty of warm and established customers ready to upsell to.


You'll have the following:
- £30,000 starting salary with OTE of Circa £42,000.

  • Quarterly bonus scheme.
  • 21 days holiday (rising to 30 after 1 year in post).
  • Regular team building events.
  • 3 day company social every year.

This is a purist business development role that will see you building relationships with businesses, lead generation and follow ups, quoting for new work and booking meetings with C-level stakeholders.

You will need to be able to drive, and it will suit someonewho's had some service sales experience in the past, such as Estate Agency, Recruitment, Consultancy Services or Accountancy.
