Churchill Howard is recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide leadership and strategic direction on all financial and commercial matters for our prestigious Birmingham-based client.

Responsibilities will include:

Financial and business planning, assisting in the shaping of business strategy and supporting the business in delivering results
A track record of delivering transformational change to a business
Supporting trading and commercial teams in the interpretation and understanding of financial data and the implications for the business
Working with a range of senior stakeholders and attending meetings to represent the Finance Team in planning, forecasting, insight, and monthly reporting
Previous track record in a commercially focused finance role, with business partnering experience
A good commercial acumen with strong influencing skills and knowledge of business process change.
Strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
ACA, ACCA or CIMAqualified finance professional

A salary of up to £75,000 depending on skills, experience, and qualifications and an exceptional benefits package, and a terrific working environment.
