An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right individual to focus on selling converged and mobile services, identifying and maximising prospects and upselling Vodafone's UK leading portfolio.

When you join Vodafone's Business sales function, you will succeed within our desk-based role.

Your success will be to sell solutions from our extensive business portfolio through strong, professional and long lasting relationships with our customer base.

You will ensure the customer is always ready to deliver their business needs during what is a challenging and uncertain environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage an allocated base of SME fixed and mobile customers whilst working within a small and high performing team.
  • Successfully differentiate from competitors through solution selling, understanding client challenges and problem statements, identifying opportunities, driving organic growth and client retention.
  • Drive rNPS improvements through excellent customer experience, becoming our clients trusted advisor.
  • Be confident, selfmotivated and able to use own initiative.
  • Deliver commercially responsible decisions ensuring the clients and Vodafone's needs are met
  • Accurate forecasting of key performance metrics, utilising salesforce and lead management.
  • Identify opportunities for Unified communications, IOT, security and Cloud & Hosting propositions.
  • Identify opportunities to grow mobile base revenue through cross sell upsell propositions.
  • Work to sometimes challenging, client led timeframes.
  • Effectively and efficiently, manage aligned customer queries.
Who are we looking for?

  • Drive and hunger to hit targets in a challenging and complex sales environment.
  • Solution based selling sales experience in a SME or equivalent market
  • An understanding of Converged, mobile and fixed voice, data, Cloud & Hosting would be of benefit.
  • A positive attitude with a pro activate willingness to learn.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, build long lasting relationships with customers uncovering multiple opportunities.
  • An understanding of P&L and revenue management would be beneficial.
  • The ability to articulate how our portfolio can increase productivity and efficiencies using outstanding written and oral communication skills.
