    Description

    Job Description:

    A varied and interesting role involving a wide range of estate management and professional consultancy work on behalf of our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Estate management and associated professional work
    • Property management including lease renewals, property maintenance, negotiation of leases and compensation claims
    • Preparation of management reports
    • Residential and agricultural lettings and rent reviews
    • Record keeping and terrier maintenance related to managed estates in liaison with property managers/administrators
    • Working with our maintenance team on maintenance, repair, and property compliance of managed estates
    • Liaison with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders of managed estates via face-to-face interactions, correspondence, and telephone
    • Administrative support within the department, including assistance at meetings and with marketing tasks
    • Effective liaison with other disciplines within the office
