Role:
This role would suit someone with a keen interest in at least one of technology; telecommunications, computing and service delivery and you need to be ready to embrace a customer focused role.
- On a day to day basis, you will:_
- Be the 1st point of contact for incidents and service requests, ensuring all tickets are logged correctly.
- Resolve 1st & 2nd line queries or faults, providing support.
- Work closely with our partners and IT team to troubleshoot and resolve queries and faults.
Person specification:
- Support desk experience in a similar position
- Experience of working within telecoms (desirable)
- Ability to resolve complex issues in an efficient and timely manner
- A love of technology
- Selfstarter with excellent troubleshooting skills
Pay:
From £23,000.00 per year
