Do you have a strong accounts background and are looking for a new challenge with a business that is constantly evolving? Would you like to work for a charity?
Working with the Finance Director you will be an integral part of a small team ensuring a smooth running of the finances.
Skills Required:
- AAT qualified
- At least 2 years accounts experience
- Varied bookkeeping skills
- Excel Vlookups and Pivot Tables
- Experience of Quickbooks
Key Duties:
- Assist in reconciling payments
- Assist in the evaluation of monthly spend and produce high level analysis
- Ensure all international spend is documented with receipts.
- Collating and Processing donations data from fundraising events.
- Assist in collating gift aid applicable donations.
- Provide financial support to team members.
- Providing donation reports and receipts.
- Assisting in booking venues for fundraising events
- General office duties including stationery orders, answering calls.
