Do you have a strong accounts background and are looking for a new challenge with a business that is constantly evolving? Would you like to work for a charity?


Working with the Finance Director you will be an integral part of a small team ensuring a smooth running of the finances.


Skills Required:


  • AAT qualified
  • At least 2 years accounts experience
  • Varied bookkeeping skills
  • Excel Vlookups and Pivot Tables
  • Experience of Quickbooks

Key Duties:


  • Assist in reconciling payments
  • Assist in the evaluation of monthly spend and produce high level analysis
  • Ensure all international spend is documented with receipts.
  • Collating and Processing donations data from fundraising events.
  • Assist in collating gift aid applicable donations.
  • Provide financial support to team members.
  • Providing donation reports and receipts.
  • Assisting in booking venues for fundraising events
  • General office duties including stationery orders, answering calls.
