Based in the suburbs of London, on the borders of Kent, The is very accessible for potential cosmetic surgery customers living in Greater London, Kent, Essex, Maidstone, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and even the Isle Of Wight.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for patients with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain patient records and ensure that they are uptodate.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Explain medical procedures and treatments to patients.
- Provide support to patients before, during, and after their appointments.
- Work with insurance companies and thirdparty payers to ensure that patients receive appropriate coverage.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient education programs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management software.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
