Description

The role:


  • Fulltime/sessional until Christmas, could be extended.
  • Coordinate, prepare and minute EHCP meetings in accordance with the SEN code of practice.
  • To be fully conversant with outlook and Prosuite in order to effectively manage ALS referrals and make appropriate support assessment appointments with the ALS practitioners.
  • Monitor and record learner support items/costs on prosolution against ALS plans on a monthly basis, identifying and reporting any issues/concerns to the ALS Team Leader.
  • Maintain accurate and secure learner ALS records in accordance with audit requirements i.e. ALS referrals, returner learner forms, EHCP documentations etc.
  • To order, record, maintain and issue consumables for learner support using Topaz and online systems, including managing ALS invoices.
  • Use Pro-Solution to access timetables in the absence of the LSA coordinator

The people:


We are therefore seeking passionate individuals with a background in Administration ideally within an ALS setting with relevant academic qualifications.

  • Experience in FE/education.
  • Level 2 Maths & English.
  • A positive and supportive attitude to student learning and experience.
