Description

NHS Somerset is looking to recruit a Band 5 Data Facilitator Assistant Officer to join the Digital team supporting General practices.

This post is designed to work closely with both the Digital and Primary Care Teams and facilitate the ongoing development and maintenance of the quality and accuracy of data in Primary Care.

Liaising with digital team analysts to ensure the data flows are timely and accurate, and where this is not, liaising with the appropriate stakeholders to achieve this and resolve any issues.

This post will be managed by the Digital Data Lead Officer and Primary Care Commissioning Manager with the same shared focus and intent.
