Part-time Receptionist/Administrator

1pm to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Start approx. 1st May 2024
Oceanscan, a leading equipment rental supplier to the offshore oil & gas and wind energy industries, are looking for a part-time Receptionist/Administrator to join its Aberdeen team.
Responsibilities include:
- Reception and switchboard operations.
- Receive, sign in Visitors to Oceanscan
- Open, log and distribute all incoming mail (except private & confidential)
- Ordering of Stationery
- Maintenance of Purchase Order system, including PO Register and Purchase Orders.
- Administrative duties for Personnel, including formatting of CVs and responding to applicants.
- Frank outgoing mail, make sure post is ready for collection at appropriate time & keep franking machine in credit.
- Organise Taxi bookings, and upkeep of taxi log.
- Ad Hoc duties
The Person:
- Computer literate with ability to learn inhouse SAP system
- Word and Excel experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Switchboard experience
