Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and provide creative solutions to meet their needs
Provide information about products/services and assist with purchasing decisions
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs

Experience:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure smooth event execution
Upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities during events
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
Effective communication skills to interact with clients

Job Types:

Salary:
From £25,788.86 per year
