Your new company


A globally recognised company in Banbury is recruiting a full-time Service Administrator to join their B2B service team as soon as possible.

You'll get to work in a large, supportive team in a modern open-plan office. The role will be hybrid working, with three days in the office and two working from home.


Your new role


As a Service Administrator working in the B2B team, you will provide support to external customers, including customer service, invoicing, cost estimations and dealing with queries.


What you'll need to succeed
Experience working within a varied administration role with customer service skills is essential. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are also crucial.


What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual salary of £23,500, working a 37.5-hour week on a hybrid working structure. You will also receive a fantastic benefits package, which includes 32 days of annual inclusive of bank holidays.
