About the role:


Our Call Review team offer valuable feedback by listening to our call centre calls and providing thorough and helpful advice to team members to help them achieve their goals and targets.

On a daily basis, you will pro-actively call listen and engage with team members to provide feedback.

Requirements for our Call Review Quality Assurance Executive

  • 1+ year call monitoring experience in a call centre environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong PC Literacy skills, knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Organised, excellent time management and ability to work alone and with a team

Responsibilities of our Call Review Quality Assurance Executive

  • Listen to calls to provide feedback
  • Identify, feedback and offer solutions on trends
  • Maintenance of spreadsheets and data compilation to provide valuable MI
  • Provide insights on quality coaching areas to managers
  • Be efficient and organised
