Requirements for our Call Review Quality Assurance Executive
- 1+ year call monitoring experience in a call centre environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong PC Literacy skills, knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Applications
- Organised, excellent time management and ability to work alone and with a team
Responsibilities of our Call Review Quality Assurance Executive
- Listen to calls to provide feedback
- Identify, feedback and offer solutions on trends
- Maintenance of spreadsheets and data compilation to provide valuable MI
- Provide insights on quality coaching areas to managers
- Be efficient and organised
