Admin Assistant (Part Time)


This is an opportunity to become a full time role
Join a dynamic, family-run organisation in Bolton.

General Traffic Ltd., a leading supplier of automotive spares in the North and Midlands, is seeking an experienced admin assistant to be part of our growth.

Working closely with Transport and HR, you'll play a key role in performing essential office duties and tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ensure information handled is kept private and confidential.
  • To record information over the phone or in person accurately.
  • IT literate able to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook as part of daily tasks.
  • Ability to carry out daily office duties such as filing, input data and process invoices.
  • Keen eye for attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • You may be required to drive at times to transport vehicles to various branches as and when required.

Requirements:


  • A Full driving licence and over 2 years driving experience is required.
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality

This is a part time role which could eventually grow into a full time position.

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (To agree part time hours within these office hours)


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
