Duties:

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform clinical procedures within scope of practice
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Utilize IT systems for documentation and communication

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a registered Nursing Associate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities to manage patient care effectively
• Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Proficiency in IT systems for healthcare documentation
